Hardware Products
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving the product.
Returns will be accepted only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories.
Physical damage, water damage, or user-caused faults are not eligible for return/refund.
Software/Digital Products
Once activated, returns/refunds are not possible.
Refunds are only applicable for unused/non-activated license keys.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
